You can expect to receive your full gallery in 3 to 4 weeks. At the end of our session (or when I send you previews) I will give you a more precise estimate based on my work load at the time of the session. I always edit in order. If you wish to know how many sessions are ahead of yours while you wait don’t hesitate to message me!
The answer depends on how many sessions you are interested in doing. You might want to have an announcement pregnancy shoot with you partner, a gender reveal shoot and so on... Pregnancy is a journey and getting different stages of that journey captured is a beautiful idea. If you want to focus on that baby bump and when it s the most visible, I'd recommend doing a session between 30-38 week
If that’s ok with you, YES absolutely! I adore my work and love sharing it with others. This also helps me be discovered by other wonderful families!
But if you are not comfortable with certain images being shared ( like more intimate photos or kids faces) please let me know. Instagram is not my priority, you are! My work is about being of service to you and your family so just let me know what your personal boundaries are and I will be sure to respect them!
It all depends on what your vision is. For those sleepy, curled up photos, the best time is usually during the first two weeks. But you might need to recover during that time and choose to focus on rest with your baby (which I totally understand! I personally did not move out of my bed for the first 2/3 weeks). I recommend not putting too much pressure on yourself, no matter the time we take photos, even if your baby is awake the whole time, you will never regret having those memories of them being so little.
For your session to be booked, a $150 down payment is required, no matter the type of session (except kids studio portrait session which are due in full upon booking). The rest is due on the day of the session. If you need a bit more time to make the final payment that’s ok, but you wont receive your gallery until the full payment is made, even if the gallery is ready. We can also set up a payment plan leading to your session if that works best for you.
Short answer: I don't foresee it happening.
Things just get magical during the second half of a session, you get more comfortable, I get more relaxed which releases more creativity…I just can’t picture feeling rushed, having to keep track of time and stopping before I feel like it’s the right time to stop. It would just feel incomplete to me and not the immersive human and creative experience that I crave! That’s just how I am, and I don’t go against it
Life happens, I get it! Maybe you had a horrible night with baby, maybe someone’s sick. My goal is not to make your life harder and for you to not enjoy our session together. If you need to reschedule, just let me know as soon as possible and we will make that happen!
In case of rain, we can choose to embrace that, but if you’re not up for it or the rain is way too heavy, we can totally reschedule. Bottom line: don’t stress.
All of my sessions include the access to the FULL gallery without any hidden fees. It would be very frustrating for me to limit you in the numbers of images you get, and I personally don’t want to keep charging you for you to get the full experience of our session together. And who wants more email back and forth or dealing with more money transfer? I know I don’t!
